A structured, fixed-fee process designed to resolve disputes quickly, with a clear outcome if settlement is not reached.
- Short written submissions from each party
- Key documents only — no unnecessary paperwork
- Resolution Neutral reviews both sides independently
- Decision based on contract, evidence, and applicable law
- Hearing only if needed (otherwise documents-only)
- Process ends with either a written settlement or a binding arbitration award
- £1,500 per party (base fee)
- £2,500 per party (hearing, if required)
