Introducing Pax – Our Assistant’s New Stage Name

Last week, we launched a new assistant to help users navigate the Private Arbitration Court, a fast, fair, fixed-fee arbitration service from Hunt ADR and The Barrister Group.

You may have met him as Arbi, but, like so many great performers, it turns out that name was already taken. And rather than get caught up in a naming dispute (not our style), he’s chosen a new identity.

So allow us to reintroduce him properly…Meet Pax.

Why Pax?

Pax is Latin for peace – and peace through resolution is exactly what the Private Arbitration Court is here to deliver.

Pax helps you:

  • Understand how the Private Arbitration Court works
  • Explore fixed-fee pricing
  • Choose an arbitrator suited to your case
  • Navigate the full process from application to award

He doesn’t offer legal advice, but he does offer clarity, efficiency, and support throughout the arbitration journey.

And yes, he’s still the same capable assistant you saw last week…just with a sharper name and a better headshot.

Try Pax

You can access Pax wherever you see his image (like directly below!).  For now you’ll need a free (or paid) ChatGPT account to use him, but this will soon change as we are working with OpenAI on embedding Pax directly into our website so anyone can access him without logging in. Just click, ask, and get instant guidance.

No drama. No surprises. Just arbitration made easier.
