Four years ago, we launched what we believe was the world’s first on-demand mediation training programme delivered entirely using AI and avatars.
At the time, many thought it was a step too far. The technology was still developing, and the mediation world wasn’t quite ready for virtual trainers powered by artificial intelligence. But we were.
We recognised that high-quality, flexible training didn’t need a studio, a film crew, or a carbon footprint. It needed great content, smart delivery, and the courage to innovate.
Today, that same training hosted on TOVI and powered by Business AI Studio, is more popular than ever. It’s updated regularly, trusted by trainees across the UK and beyond, and still unlike anything else available.
We’re proud to have been ahead of the curve, and even prouder that we’ve kept moving.
