‘Celebrate 8 Years of Hunt ADR: Reflecting on Our Success Today’

Hunt ADR 8 Today

As we celebrate the 8th anniversary of Hunt ADR, we take a moment to reflect on our journey, our achievements, and the people who have been instrumental in our success.

A Journey of Success

Eight years ago, we embarked on a journey with a vision to provide exceptional arbitration services. Today, we stand proud as the sole supplier of arbitration services to ABTA, its members, and customers. This achievement is a testament to our commitment to excellence and our relentless pursuit of success.

Leading the Way in Mediation

Over the years, Hunt ADR has evolved to become one of the leading mediator training providers in the UK. Our success is not just measured by the number of students we have worked with, but also by the impact we have made in the field of mediation. We have developed AI-led mediator CPD programmes and other training and CPD for arbitrators and mediators, setting new standards in the industry.

Collaborations and Contributions

Our collaboration with the Ulster University in Belfast has been a significant milestone in our journey. Providing full mediator accreditation to LLM students, we have contributed to shaping the future leaders in the field of mediation. We are also proud to be certified by the Civil Mediation Council.

We are also incredibly proud of our contributions to society. We have helped raise thousands of pounds for foodbanks in the UK and Ireland, making a difference in the lives of those in need.

No Disputing That: A Podcast Success Story

In our journey, our podcast, No Disputing That, has been a shining star. This venture has not only been a major success but also a platform for us to connect with our audience on a deeper level.

The podcast has made its mark by hitting the Apple Top 30 for business podcasts. This achievement is a testament to the quality of our content and the value we provide to our listeners. It’s a proud moment for us at Hunt ADR to be recognized among the top business podcasts. Our reach has been global, with the podcast being listened to in more than 50 countries. This international audience reflects our global impact and the universal appeal of our content.

We are currently in Season Two of No Disputing That, and the journey so far has been exhilarating. Each episode brings new insights, discussions, and perspectives, making it a valuable resource for our listeners.

As we celebrate our 8th anniversary, we want to express our gratitude to all our listeners for their support. Your feedback and engagement have been instrumental in the success of No Disputing That. Here’s to many more seasons of insightful discussions and shared learning!

Customer Satisfaction: A Testament to Our Service

In a field where the outcomes can often leave customers feeling deflated, we are immensely proud of our Trustpilot rating of “Great” with a score of 3.8. This rating is a testament to our commitment to fairness, transparency, and excellent service.

Despite the challenging nature of arbitration cases, 75% of our reviews have been 5-star ratings. This high percentage of positive feedback is a reflection of our dedication to ensuring a satisfactory experience for all parties involved, regardless of the outcome of the case.

A Big Thank You

Our journey would not have been possible without the support of the 100+ arbitrators and 50+ mediators we have worked with. Their dedication and expertise have been invaluable in our success.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our amazing training faculty, most notably our regular lead faculty, Kelly Thornton and John Jarrett. Their knowledge and passion for teaching have been instrumental in developing and delivering our training programmes.

Last but not least, we want to thank all of our customers. Your trust and support have been the driving force behind our success.

As we celebrate our 8th anniversary, we look forward to many more years of success and growth. Here’s to the future of Hunt ADR!

I’ll leave you with the Hunt ADR jingle, composed and performed by my amazing big brother George, who we miss so much.

[DID YOU KNOW: 11th April was chosen purposefully as the launch date of Hunt ADR. My dad died when I was young and 11th April is his birthday, so is a very special day to me. He died aged 39, and would have been 87 today].
